Why this matters. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our
Terms of Service. It tells you exactly what you may not do with links.bighelpers.in. Breaking these rules can lead to your links being removed and your account being suspended or terminated, and may be reported to the authorities.
1. Scope
This AUP applies to every user of the Service and to every link, file, redirect, page, message, and any other content you create, host, shorten, or share through links.bighelpers.in. "Content" below includes the link itself and its destination.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use the Service in connection with any of the following.
2.1 Security threats
- Distributing malware, viruses, worms, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code.
- Phishing, credential harvesting, fake login pages, or impersonating a person or brand to deceive.
- Command-and-control, botnet, or other infrastructure for attacks.
- Probing, scanning, or breaching the security of any system without authorisation.
2.2 Spam and abuse of the platform
- Sending or enabling unsolicited bulk messages, comment spam, or SEO spam.
- Mass-creating links to evade limits, filters, or bans.
- Cloaking, where the link shows different content to our systems than to a visitor.
- Misusing the Service to disguise the true destination of a malicious or banned link.
2.3 Illegal and harmful content
- Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises, grooms, or endangers a minor.
- Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or incites violence.
- Sale or facilitation of illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, or other prohibited goods.
- Human trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Content unlawful under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, or any other applicable law.
2.4 Rights of others
- Infringing copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property.
- Defamatory, libellous, or knowingly false content that harms a person or organisation.
- Content that invades privacy or discloses another person's private data without consent.
2.5 Deception and synthetic media
- Scams, fraud, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, and deceptive financial offers.
- Deepfakes or synthetic media created or shared to deceive, defraud, defame, or impersonate.
- Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or the source or destination of a link.
Zero tolerance. Child sexual abuse material, terrorism content, and active malware or phishing are removed on priority and reported to the appropriate authorities. Accounts involved are terminated.
3. Technical and fair-use limits
- Do not exceed published rate limits or storage limits, or try to bypass them.
- Do not interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not use bots, scrapers, or automation against the Service except through any API we expressly provide, and within its terms.
- New and unverified accounts may face tighter limits while trust is established.
4. How we detect and act
We use automated and manual measures to keep the Service safe. These may include checking submitted links against reputable threat databases and safe-browsing services, blocking known malicious domains, rate-limiting, and reviewing reports. We may scan links for security and policy compliance. We act on valid reports and on lawful orders as set out in our Notice and Takedown Policy.
5. Consequences of violation
Depending on the severity, we may take one or more of these actions, with or without prior notice:
- disable or delete the offending link or content;
- apply warnings, throttling, or feature restrictions;
- suspend or permanently terminate your account;
- retain records and report to law enforcement where required or appropriate.
6. Reporting a violation
If you find content on the Service that breaks this AUP, please report it through our Notice and Takedown Policy or email abuse@bighelpers.in. We review valid reports promptly.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its "Last updated" date.
